Housing includes apartments, condos, town homes, and single-family homes. IHS does not own any properties. IHS arranges each lease on a case by case basis. Our objective is to relocate your policyholder into convenient housing of like, kind and quality.

Hotel Stays
Hotel stays for your policyholder needing a short term hotel stay until their home is repaired or an interim hotel while IHS searches for extended housing.

Trailers
For those remote areas where rentals are not readily available or when your policyholder would simply prefer to live on there own property.

Fair Rental Values
Upon request, IHS can provide a fair rental assessment for your policyholder's damaged property. The rate is based upon the available properties in the area. This service is complimentary.
