There is a convention currently underway in this city. The policyholder and claim representative have been looking for hotels all morning. All hotel rooms in the area are sold out for next several days.

IHS Result:
IHS housing leverages the relationships it has developed with large hotel chains. The hotel sales manager makes a one bedroom suite with a kitchen available to IHS. A reservation was placed for that afternoon for two rooms; a one bedroom suite and one standard room.
