Special Need:
The family is very attached to their pets. It is very important to them that they bring all their pets with them to the rental house.

Situation:
The available neighborhood rentals had Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's), which did not allow for 8 pets.

IHS Result:
IHS pooled all resources available. A property was located and negotiated which was zoned to allow multiple pets, including horses. The house was a few miles away from their neighborhood; however it met the needs of all 4 adults. All the pets were welcome, there was ample space to accommodate everyone, and the family was kept together.
